In order of speed
- Ask in class. If you are confused, three other people are too.
- Check the concept page. Most “I don’t get it” moments are answered there.
- Come to a help session. Times are on Help Sessions.
- Email me. Include what you tried — it makes the answer far more useful.
What to say instead of “I don’t get it”
- “I understand X, but I get lost at Y.”
- “I expected A and got B.”
- “I tried this and it did not work — here is what I did.”
Each of those gets you a real answer in one exchange rather than four.
Ask early
Science builds. A gap in circuits in week 3 becomes a wall in week 6. Nobody has ever annoyed me by asking a question too early.
